About us

This store (books.eecoh.ca) is operated by EECOH Living ("we", "us"), based in London, Ontario, Canada. By purchasing from this store, you agree to these terms.

Products and pre-orders

Product images and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but minor variations in printing and colour may occur. Pre-order ship dates are estimates based on our production schedule; we'll notify you by email of any material delay, and you may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including on orders already placed — if that happens, we'll contact you before charging anything different and you can cancel for a full refund. Payment is collected at the time of order, including for pre-orders.

Order acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or where a product was listed in error. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.

Shipping and returns

Shipping timelines and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content in this store and in our books — text, illustrations, and design — is the property of EECOH Living or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Purchasing a book grants you ownership of that physical copy, not rights to reproduce its contents.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
