Refund policy

Pre-orders

"The Warmth We Share" is currently available for pre-order and is expected to ship in November 2026. You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before your order ships — just email us at info@eecoh.ca with your order number and we'll take care of it, no questions asked.

Returns

We want this book to be read, shared, and loved. If it arrives and isn't right for your family, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. To be eligible, the book must be in its original condition — unread wear is fine, but we can't accept returns with writing, torn pages, or significant damage from use.

To start a return, email info@eecoh.ca with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the book arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or we sent you the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no need to ship the damaged copy back.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
