Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
Pre-order timing
"The Warmth We Share" is in production and expected to ship in November 2026. You'll receive an email confirmation when you order, and a shipping notification with tracking the moment your book is on its way. If our timeline shifts, we'll email you — we'd rather over-communicate than leave you wondering.
Shipping rates
- Orders of $75 CAD or more (that's 3 or more books): free shipping
- Orders under $75 CAD: $12 flat rate
Delivery estimates
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days in Canada and 7–14 business days in the US. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees — rural addresses may take a little longer.
Duties
No surprise fees. Canadian orders ship from our Canadian warehouse and US orders ship from our US warehouse, so you'll never be charged import duties on delivery.
Lost or stuck packages
If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, email info@eecoh.ca with your order number and we'll chase it down with the carrier and make it right.
